To place an order on our website, you just need to make 3 easy steps:

1 .- Are you registered with us?

Yes 1.1-Log on the top right of the page under the link "Sign in or Register", by entering your email and password.

No. 1.2-Cree your account by clicking on the link at the top right called "Log in or Register.

First, enter your email and click on "New customer? Create your own." Then fill the customer's card with the data that are requested. If the shipment is to outside Spain, you will be the DNI due to customs requirements. Enter a fixed and a mobile phone to easily reach you in case of any issue with your order.

2 .- Add products to cart

You can use our search at the top and right side of the page, or browse our categories.

When you find a product that you like, click on it to view a larger size or details.

If you wish to purchase, enter the amount you want and click on "Buy" and the product will be added to the cart.

Some products can be customized, and will be asked to enter your text and click on Save personalization beforeadd the desired quantity to your cart.

Some products have implemented special promotions, and are shown in each of them with the option to click on the offer for further information and viewing conditions.

3 .- Validate your purchase

Once you have added all the products you want on the page, go to the shopping cart if it is not, by clicking on "Shopping" or "Confirm" in the block on the top right titled trolley icon a shopping cart.

3.1 .- Summary Screen purchase.

View the contents, change quantities, enter coupons held by past purchases and click on Next.

3.2 .- screen directions.

Confirm the delivery address of your order and billing address (both equal by default. As a general rule will not have to change them). Click on Next.

3.3 .- shipping method.

Based on his leadership, product, amount of purchase ... will propose various methods of shipping that we offer: Posts, SEUR, MRW, international shipping, free shipping, direct collection in our stores ... . Click on Next.

3.4 .- Payment.

Select whether to pay cash on delivery, credit card, bank transfer, paypal, payment in store ... . Click on Next.

All our payment methods are safe. We do not store any of your card accounts or any data charges. Click on Next.

3.5 .- Order Confirmation.

Is a summary of the total order, click on "confirm my order" and was directed to a confirmation screen where you indicate that these data also have come to your email (order code, number of account you should enter if you have chosen bank transfer, the address of your nearest store if you have selected the store pickup ...)

Upon completion of this step, you already have your order placed with us.
